RICHARD PETER GILLILAND
Richard Peter Gilliland is accused of sexually molesting a 17-year-old male in West Allis, Wisconsin, on March 14, 1997. Gilliland, while working as a minister of a church, allegedly invited the teenager to look at computer-generated pornographic pictures on the Internet. During this visit, Gilliland allegedly molested the boy.
Gilliland is a registered sex offender in the states of Arizona, California, and Washington. Presently, he is wanted by authorities in Washington State for communicating with a minor for immoral purposes.
